Job Overview

Support quality assurance for CloudSuite Distribution edge and value+ applications. Based in Hyderabad, this role will ensure stability and performance for the applications and various integrations. Contribute to agile team by detecting and prioritizing issues.

A Day in the Life Typically Includes:

• Create and execute manual and automated tests using Zephyr Scale and Playwright
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and discuss potential solutions.
• Understand and test end-to-end business processes in ERP systems.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to identify potential issues.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns and potential areas for improvement.
• Participate in sprint planning and reviews to ensure test coverage.
• Maintain detailed and accurate test documentation.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into test cases
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• 1-3 years of experience in software quality assurance or similar role
• Basic understanding of Java-based frameworks web and mobile database applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bonus points for experience in ERP or distribution-related applications
• Familiarity with JIRA, Zephyr Scale, and Playwright
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based workflows
• Familiarity with at least one scripting language used for test automation (javascript, typescript, python…)
• Familiarity with basic Java and SQL scripting
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
