Description & Requirements

This position is responsible for the license sales success in the nominated Accounts across Japan region. The overall objective of this role is to achieve or exceed sales targets each quarter and fiscal year by leading strategic and transformational deals.


Your Responsibilities Include


  • Responsible for the territory planning, and sales execution in nominated accounts across the allocated industry.
  • Responsible for the creation of the account plan for the Strategic Deals across the nominated accounts.
  • Responsible for selling new software licenses, achieving quarterly and annual sales quota targets in the assigned accounts.
  • Work with Infor internal teams, Partners and Networks to drive new software license deals.
  • Responsible for maintaining sales opportunities in CRM and submitting required sales reports to the respective Sales Director/Manager.
  • Required to communicate with customers to ensure that contractual services exceeded expectations.
  • Provide sales, technology, and industry-related expertise across nominated Strategic Accounts.
  • Establish contacts and build positive relationships/networks with senior-level decision-makers across allocated Accounts.


Qualifications:

  • Proven sales track record and achievements of sales targets in enterprise business application software industry through direct sales.
  • Demonstrated experience of leading Strategic transformational and complex deals.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Infor's focus business applications (ERP, SCM) products (or similar competitor products).
  • Experience and knowledge in Discrete Manufacturing Or Process Manufacturing Industry especially in Automotive car parts suppliers, Industrial Machinery, Food& Beverage, Chemical, High Tech, etc.).
  • Business level of English (Speaking, Listening, and Writing)


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10 years + experience in direct sales where leading business and establishing relationships with C-level/Senior level management in enterprise accounts.

  • Works within and promotes a strong team environment to ensure successful software installation projects.
  • Collaborates with software development, product management, professional services and support personnel to ensure a quality product and service delivery
