Title: Client Service Specialist

Location: Bangalore

Position Summary:

The Client Service Specialist team seeks a motivated individual who is good with customer relationship management and possesses excellent skills in verbal and written communication. The Client Service Specialist will be a contributing member of this team dealing with various technical troubleshooting experiences for different Infor Nexus products.

Essential Duties:

  • Interacting and managing customer relationships through email or phone
  • Analyzing and troubleshooting customer queries and see it through closure
  • Helping user’s complete transactions on the Infor Nexus platform, while understanding their specific buyer – seller relationship requirements 
  • Communicating with various departments within Infor Nexus and our partners
  • Work on customer cases using industry standard problem management tools     
  • Get trained and handle issues related to Infor Nexus Products

What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Technical knowledge in terms of computer applications and software
  • 3 - 5 years of Customer Service experience and/or Operations experience supporting a software application is preferred
  • Experience in similar and relevant companies are preferred

What Will Put You Ahead?

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Should have good proficiency in verbal and written English language
  • Interpersonal and customer relations skills are essential
  • Should have troubleshooting skills on supporting a software application for clients
  • Should have eagerness to learn new technology and new ways of problem solving  
  • Should have good working knowledge with computers and should also possess knowledge on certain generic software applications used in corporate companies
  • Understanding of EDI or related Data interchange technology is an added advantage
  • Understanding of working in a supply chain company is an added advantage
  • Ability to multitask and work in a deadline/time sensitive environment
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Should be ready to work in shifts in a 24/7 model
