As an Infor Managed Services consultant for Infor ERP Products, the candidate will be required to perform the following:

Develop strong functional consulting skills surrounding Infor applications (and related third party) technologies and tools to support product customizations, modifications and related consulting/training activities.
Responsible for analyzing and interpreting client requirements, drafting functional descriptions and/or programming specifications as required
Analyze customers' business requirements objectives; develops business processes to meet customers' business needs. Model to-be business processes in the Infor application. Document and communicate the planned use of the Infor application
Work as an integral part of the Global IMS delivery team – recommending innovations and process improvements that will make overall deliver more efficient


Basic Qualifications: 
  • A Fresh Graduate to 3 years of work experience.  
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other related field.
  • Perform troubleshooting and work with different clients. 
  • Ability to verbally present complex concepts and technical information to a non-technical audience in a clear and concise manner. 
  • Willing to work on US shift. Provide on-call support on weekends and holidays.


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology
  • Fresh graduate or with at least 1 year of experience in Java/JavaScript Languages, Database (SQL, WinSQL), programming, application development
  • Knowledgeable in process analysis, design, and documentation
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and planning skills
  • Flexible to work on US, EMEA and/or APAC shifts, provide Holiday Support and be available for on call  during weekends when necessary.
