Infor is looking for Senior Consultants who will be working with Clients to implement Infor software and industry standard processes with the aim of reducing costs, increasing customer service, and creating frameworks for enhanced collaboration and business efficiency. Whilst our technology is the enabler and vehicle for achieving business benefits, the quality and experience of our consultants are key differentiators. The Consultant is responsible for delivering business process and application consulting services which include process design, application configuration, testing, client training on Infor software, technologies, and tools in accordance with standard implementation methods. The Consultant is also responsible for developing ongoing, successful business relationships with clients and for providing clients with "industry best practice" recommendations.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

• Participate in full life cycle client facing implementation projects relating to Infor applications, working as part of an Infor Project team.
• Lead the information gathering and design process for a client implementation, including the development of functional business requirements and solution scope documents.
• Configure a client business solution.
• Develop and execute test plans and test software configurations.
• Provide training to clients’ key and end users.
• Provide implementation consultancy and application best practice advice for M3 modules.
• Achieve engagement objectives.
• Provide regular internal reports on the status of projects.
• Attend product functionality briefings and training sessions.

Required skills:

• Fluency in English is a must.
• Experience in  one or more of following modules Supply chain / Manufacturing /Sales modules or similar.
• Willingness to travel any country/EMEA/USA..etc.
• Willingness to work in many different zones EMEA/US.
• Bachelor’s degree of engineering or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Supply chain / Manufacturing /Sales Modules in M3 or any other ERP's
