Description & Requirements

Position to deliver consulting services during the HR implementation, to primarily include business requirements gathering, solution design, application configuration, system testing, education, adoption and support.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

·       Responsibilities include providing Functional expertise in the Human Resources processes (Hire to Retire): Recruitment, Onboarding, Engagement, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Human Resources Policies and Procedures, Career Progression and Succession Management, Learning Management, HR technology applications, HR Analytics and Data Management, Termination Management

·       Responsible for discussing and understanding business requirements, driving solution workshops, training key users and managing client expectations on a continuous basis.

·       Ability to translate customer business requirements to system configuration and business processes after getting system training.

·       Leverage business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvements.

·       Work with client to categorize functionality gaps (based on set criteria) between existing process and software.

·       Build test case scenarios, assist in conducting system testing, Integration testing and coordinate User acceptance testing.

·       Develop documentations through the project phase and assist client on end user training.

·       Design configurations, enhancements, conversions, and interfaces. This may include customizations and workarounds when the delivered functionality is not sufficient to meet the client's business process requirements.

·       Responsible for delivering the best in class solutions within the stipulated budget and schedule mentioned in the contract that Infor has signed with the client

·       Ability to apply knowledge of employment and payroll statutory compliances with understanding of system configurations and setups. Understanding of integration with other internal or 3rd party systems.

What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications:

·       Should have a successful education track record with a bachelor’s degree in BBA/BMS/BE and an MBA-HR from a reputed university.

·       3+ years of working experience is desirable as a HR Generalist or HR System administrator with working experience in any HRMS/HRIS/HCM integrated solution platform.

·       Competent in Business Analysis, Design & Solutioning, Testing activities, Data migrations & end user training.

·       Expertise in any of the modular areas like Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning Management, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll would be an added advantage along with project implementations.
