Infor’s Presales Foundation team prepares you to be on the front line with Infor’s field presales organization. You will learn about Infor solutions, targeted verticals, and how to sell while supporting our field Presales teams with customer proposals and remote presentations.
The Presales Foundation Team provides candidates with a high-visibility career path into presales and other company areas, such as sales and consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and inspiring presentations and demos to customers and prospects
- Learn the sales processes to support the Infor solutions consulting organization
- Answer functional questions related to Infor products in Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- The high degree of customer interaction
- Build out and enhance the RFP repository
- Participate and lead customer/prospect web demos
- Create/update standard product overview presentations.
- Educate other teams within the company.
- Assist industry solutions consulting teams with building demonstration content.
- Frequent travel expected during the training phase as well as throughout your employment, visiting customers and prospects
Key Requirements/Experience
- The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in an IT vendor or consulting company. Preferably on HCM or HRSI.
- Full working proficiency in English and a C1 min other languages in German or French.
- Relevant experience or internships preferred in prospecting, inside sales, business development, high technology, direct sales within the technology industry or IT consulting
- Comfortable with public speaking and addressing our customers, whether they are end-users or board-level members (excellent presentation and communication skills)
- Social, positive attitude, and inquisitive personality
- Preferred but optional experience with SIRH
- Basic understanding and knowledge of SI.
- Must be self-motivated, multi-task, work with the team and have minimal supervision.
- PC application skills (Microsoft Office including Excel modelling/Macros, Outlook, etc.)
- The most qualified candidates are detail-oriented self-starters, team players and extroverted who love to learn and can work in a fast-paced, quick-changing environment.
