Infor is seeking a Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst to join our Global Incentive Compensation Strategy & Design team. This role will manage an inventory of plans and orchestrate plan design feasibility and plan setup during our Annual Readiness process. In addition, the role of performing analytics related to planning design changes and plan assessment. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, be overly curious and have a talent for making things simple.
This role is critical in assisting the team and partnering across functions to implement best-in-class incentive plans and provides a great opportunity to make a significant impact on the business.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Works closely with the Director of Incentive Comp Design to understand plan designs and translate them into incentive compensation plans
- Leads a cross-functional process to assess plan design feasibility, define business requirements and implement them into the compensation system
- Maintains a planned inventory and KPIs associated with plan implementation
- Ensures the right plans are assigned to the right employees by providing the right level of guidance and design structure to planning teams
- Provides analytical support to test plan designs and assess plan effectiveness
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience working in sales compensation, preferably in IT industries
- Familiarity with Sales Operations function (or prior experience)
- Experience with quota and territory planning processes and tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with incentive compensation tools
- Degree in Business, Finance, or a similar discipline or relevant experience
- Experience with data structures, working in excel, and performing analytics
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously
- Ability to identify issues and problem-solve independently
- Comfortable taking ownership of processes and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
