Infor Global Professional Services organization is recruiting for an Inside Sales Client Partner that focuses on prospecting and selling Infor Professional Services.  The main purpose of this role is to build an on-going profitable business relationship between Infor and clients within an assigned territory.

You will be responsible for achieving bookings/revenue goals on a continuous basis by managing, building, and developing a pipeline of sales opportunities. This position requires a hunter sales acumen.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes: 

The Client Partner is responsible for growing customer share and pipeline within assigned customer accounts. They own the duty of selling Infor’s services by partnering with customers and demonstrating value and delivering business outcomes. Manage, develop, and own customer satisfaction for existing clients. They will own and manage the sales cycle and be responsible for accurate and timely revenue forecasting. Responsible for devising and executing against territory sales strategy and plan, to include demand generation programs and activities. Additionally, our Client Partner will develop and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and clients to assist in identifying, prioritizing, and resolving any challenges or concerns

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in enterprise software professional services or IT services
  • Successful track record selling and/or delivering services in the Manufacturing Sector.
  • Must have understanding of ERP environments.
  • Proven success in solution sales environment, managing complex accounts
  • Demonstrated success in managing account relationships and in securing new business
  • Ability to articulate the value of a complex solution sale in technical terms to support our customer experience platforms
  • Demonstrates ability to understand sales barriers and overcome initial technology & contractual hurdles to close business
  • Ability to develop senior level business relationships
  • Polished professionalism with above average organizational, planning, communication, problem-solving and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent sales cycles
  • Create and nurture strong collaborative relationships with field sales team members

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Proven track record of exceeding sizable quotas consistently
  • Demonstrates performance and ability to sell value through a Consultative Selling approach
  • Technology sales and/or business development, demonstrated leadership skills, participation in service organizations, military experience
  • SaaS or Cloud services sales experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree
