We are looking for a Solution Consultant, Senior, to be part of a dynamic and innovative team within the MES Product organisation, establishing strong connections with the sales team. By becoming a member of this newly formed team, you will play a pivotal role by actively supporting the sales team to achieve rapid growth and significant market penetration. This position offers a unique chance to showcase your skills and contribute to the strategic direction of the company.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Engage in sales discovery calls and sales visits alongside the sales teams to gain a deep understanding of customer requirements and challenges.
- Work closely with customers and prospects to capture and document their requirements, leading requirement gathering sessions (either remotely or on-site) to ensure we accurately understand their needs.
- Contribute to the configuration and maintenance of our demo suites, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with the latest product features and capabilities. This will enable you to deliver compelling demonstrations to customers and prospects.
- Stay up to date with the ever-evolving Infor product landscape. This knowledge will empower you to position complementary applications effectively and provide comprehensive solutions to our customers.
- Contribute to RFx documents from prospects, showcasing our solution's value proposition and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with our sales teams on demand-generation activities, driving awareness and interest for Infor MES.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations tailored to meet customer requirements. Your ability to showcase the benefits, value proposition, and capabilities of our solution will be key in driving customer engagement.
- Participate in delivering internal product training sessions, sharing your knowledge and expertise with colleagues to enhance their understanding of our MES solution.
- Provide relevant solution consulting support in marketing events and conferences. This may involve presenting at events, developing reference customers, and conducting competitive positioning and analysis.

Basic Qualifications:
- Familiar with MES/MOM, or you have gained experience with related applications such as OEE, QMS, EAM, WMS, SCADA, and ERP.
- Discovery skills to identify customers' needs to develop solutions.
- Presenting to customers or prospects, ability to engage and connect with your audience.
- This role will require travel to meet with customers on-site. We value face-to-face interactions and believe that building relationships with our customers is crucial to our success.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical background.
- Familiarity with modern manufacturing processes.
