The position will be involved in leading Lawson Systems Foundation (LSF) team particularly in People, Operations, providing and implementing Strategic direction/Company Direction.

Essential Duties
  • Managing day to day operations of development team in areas of people and technical
  • Coordination/Leading of Testing and evaluating new programs (feature enhancements / new features)
  • Manage/Ensuring quality of product
  • Coordination and managing areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications
  • Determining operational practicality
  • Managing deployment of software tools, processes

Basic Qualifications:
  • At least 10 years total experience and functioning as Manager/Supervisor in software development
  • Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
  • Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
  • Normally receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments.
  • Can work closely with other stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Technology platforms
  • Wide knowledge in software 3rd party components
  • Knowledgeable in ERP systems
