Project Manager - Hospitality Software Implementations

US Remote

+ up to 50% travel

A Day in The Life Typically Includes

  • Coordinates & monitors billable hospitality projects from initiation through delivery.
  • Liaison between Infor and clients to ensure all targets and requirements are met.
  • Monitors all aspects of the company’s contract/agreements with the client including terms, conditions and all components of the client’s selected solution.
  • Create and maintain overall / full-lifecycle Project Plan and all aspects of the project from contract signature through installation and the sign off at project completion.
  • Be readily available to client and project team through the span of the project
  • Conduct regular forums for project updates to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget.
  • Updates may include conference calls with client and project team.
  • Create and maintain list of outstanding issues, to include product enhancements, including follow up with appropriate staff for the updates on the list and regular response to the customer.
  • Provide timely communication of project status to customer and Infor.
  • Prepare and complete all project related paperwork as defined by Infor.
  • Adhere to project schedule including flights, training, meetings, conference calls, etc.
  • Works within and promotes a strong team environment to ensure successful software installation projects.
  • Collaborates with software development, product management, professional services and support personnel to ensure quality product and service delivery
  • Operate with minimal supervision.

What you will need

  • 5+ yrs overall project management
  • 5+ yrs. hospitality solutions / hospitality software products / hospitality technology solutions / hotel property management systems
  • Managing full-lifecycle software implementations.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Perform independently on customer and non-customer projects w/ minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of PC operations, Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, and Microsoft Word and Excel applications.

What Will Put You Ahead?

  • PMP
  • Degree in Hospitality Operations (w/ IT experience)
  • Hotels, resorts, travel, etc.
  • Oracle Hospitality, OPERA, Oracle PMS, ALICE, Hotel PMS Systems, Tripleseat, Clock Software, Cloudbeds, Mews, Hoteltime, RMS, innRoad, or similar hospitality software.
