The QA Analyst will be responsible for quality and testing of Infor Data Fabric and Process Intelligence and Mining products.  He/She will be part of a team that is responsible for the end to end QA activities for assigned products.

The QA Analyst will work closely with development and other QA team members to ensure product quality from development thru release.   This will include participating in daily development meetings, working with the Business Analyst to define and review acceptance criteria for new features and developing and executing test cases - functional, regression, and system test.  The QA Analyst will also work closely with developers and other QAs to ensure product quality prior to release of new versions. 

This position involves working with QA and Development across many regions – US, Europe, India and Philippines.  Flexible work hours may be required.

In addition, the QA Analyst will also be involved in support for all higher environments – Central QA, Stage and Production including smoke test and regression testing as needed.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our growing QA organization.

A Day in the Life typically includes:

• Attending development daily scrum meetings
• Managing Quality Assurance activities including defining acceptance criteria, writing test cases, testing, documentation review
• Executing and reporting test cases
• Entering jiras for issues found and retesting once issue is fixed and available for QA testing.
• Working with automation team/tools to enhance automation test case repositories.

What do you need?

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 3 years' experience in QA Testing in a software development environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills

What will put you ahead?

• Strong testing background in different types of testing; functional, integration, regression, smoke, performance, system, usability, end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge in software quality assurance and testing life cycle
• Experience with Jira and Zephyr plug-in for test case management and execution
• Experience with Agile methodology and QA practices
• Understanding of AWS concepts
• Technical skills to test complex non-UI test scenarios – for example APIs using postman, SQL for data verification.
• Experience with QA Automation tools such as Cypress, Playwright, Test Rigor
• Ability to meet schedules.

• Excellent critical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills (English Language)
