Description & Requirements
You will be responsible for direct recruitment for the Center of excellence located in Wroclaw. The role will be based in our Wroclaw office (hybrid role) hiring top talent and helping to grow the business in significant numbers. We expect you to be creative and driven, with an interpersonal savvy that allows you to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and the business leaders.
Your key responsibilities / activities:
- Managing full life cycle recruitment delivery
- Creating relationships with key business stakeholders by gaining an understanding of business requirements, managing hiring managers' expectations, challenging thinking and providing specialist recruitment expertise and advice
- Gain a thorough understanding of Infor’s competitors which will enable an excellent knowledge base to build market intelligence
- Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals
- Further develop Infor's employment brand and reputation within the region - supporting and co-leading Employer Branding initiatives
- 2 years of experience of full life-cycle recruitment, gained in an agency or in-house environment (IT sector preferred)
- Proven experience of direct sourcing recruitment/ headhunting
- Driven to produce results in a fast paced and fluctuating environment
- Superior oral and written communication skills at all levels, including interpersonal skills, phone skills, and interviewing skills
- Proactive approach, with the ability to identify ways to improve our processes
- Willingness to learn and further professional development in the area of recruitment
- Very good knowledge of English
- Fixed-term employment contract (1,5 years) with the possibility to prolong it
