This role will focus on solution consulting and sales support for a solution developed by Infor’s partner, Syntellis. The Syntellis Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) software solution focuses on the healthcare industry by providing finance, decision support, and analytics professionals with a suite of performance management and performance improvement solutions built on the latest technology and garnering the highest ratings for customer satisfaction.
The successful Senior Solution Consultant (SC) provides expertise to customers in support of Syntellis’ solutions, along with applicable industry and software knowledge to help share compelling solutions for our customers. The successful candidate possesses strong business acumen and an ability to understand our customer’s business needs and challenges through discovery to deliver strategic, industry-competitive solutions. In addition, they will work closely with the sales organization to provide compelling solutions, presentations, and demos while becoming the trusted advisor of our customers.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
· Understands client’s critical business issues and demonstrates compelling, value-based solutions using Syntellis’ software capabilities as part of the Infor solution consulting team
· Works with individuals throughout the sales organization to develop an overall account and opportunity strategy
· Applies Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) solution knowledge, strong presentation skills, and technical understanding to effectively present Infor products to prospects and customers
· Maintains knowledge of (Healthcare) industry trends and competitive products
· Provides feedback to sales management and product management on potential new capabilities
· Answers functional questions related to the solution in Requests for Proposals (RFP)
· Maintains strong functional knowledge of new Syntellis Financials capabilities to ensure Infor is best positioned to meet our customer’s needs
· Understands Infor’s technical architecture and highlights benefits as part of the overall product solution
Basic Qualifications:
· Understands FP&A processes, and is able to articulate the value of utilizing solutions to address challenges in the Healthcare industry
· Able to connect and engage with both large and small audiences at all levels of the organization
· Discovering customer needs and determining solutions that deliver compelling value
· Presentation skills and ability to provide compelling software demonstrations
· Understands and completes functional and technical elements related to FP&A on RFPs
· Collaborates with a matrixed team of solution consultants to develop new demonstration content focused on potential product offerings
· Able to gather and document requirements and formulate use cases to support successful customer demonstrations
Preferred Qualifications:
· Proven ability to articulate complex and technical concepts clearly to customers
· Travel throughout the United States (approximately 30-40%)
· Able to tailor the solution to align with customer requirements.
· Knowledge and experience background in FP&A and in the Healthcare industry
· Ability to work independently and from a remote location
