The Technical Success Manager is responsible for serving as a trusted advisor to our Development Partners by providing personalized and proactive guidance on the use of our platform technologies.  Our developer partners build, extend, and integrate their products to the Infor Technology Platform and ERP SaaS offerings to deliver exceptional value to our end customers.  You will need to gain an understanding of our partners existing or proposed products and can facilitate the adoption of our platform, tools, and techniques to help bring a joint solution to the market.  The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded IT and Development background, is inquisitive by nature and is driven to make our customers' successful.

The position reports to the Senior Director of Digital Strategy and will work very closely with partner managers, product management, partners, and customers.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

·       Product and ecosystem evangelist that can easily communicate the technical strengths of our platform as well as the mutual business benefit it will provide our prospective partners. 

·       Define, document, and work on proactive strategies supported by Partner Manager, Product / R&D, and services to drive adoption and expansion

·       Maintain a regular cadence with the partner to drive technical initiatives aligned to the defined strategies

·       Meet with partners, remote and in-person, when necessary for enablement, adoption, and problem solving

·       Collaborate cross-functionally with internal groups (Partner Sales, R&D/Product, Professional Services, Support, Customer Success)

·       Liaison with R&D to drive platform enhancements that may prevent adoption and/or expansions

·       Learn the platform, best practices, and stay updated on latest releases and capabilities

Required skills:

·       Solid well-rounded IT experience in roles such as:

-       application development

-       integration engineering

-       devops

-       low code development.

·       Experience in a client-facing role sales such as engineering/presales, technical account management, or product consulting within a technology company

·       Ability to manage and grow enterprise customer relationships

·       Customer-minded, always trying to provide the most value possible

·       Ability to explain complex information to customers clearly and concisely

Preferred Qualifications:

·       AI/ML expertise

·       Development Expertise (Python, Java, .Net)

·       BI & Data Management Expertise

·       Experience with Infor Platform technologies

Location:  US Remote (St. Paul, MN, Alpharetta, GA, Dallas, TX)
