Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for assessing the quality of the system being delivered to our business partners. QA Analyst will also perform both manual and automation testing on the system as well as formulate improvements on test processes/framework.

What You Will Need:
Required skills:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or a related course
  • At least 5 years working experience in web application development
  • Highly experienced in functional, system, integration, and user interface testing
  • Very knowledgeable in SDLC and Agile processes and methodologies
  • Experienced in identifying reporting, reproducing, and testing defects
  • Skilled in creation and maintenance of testing documents (test plan, test cases, test reports)
  • Detailed-oriented and has good organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team player attitude
  • Experienced in Test Automation tools and processes

What Will Put You Ahead?
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Selenium Java
  • Programming experience (Phyton, C#)
  • ERP background is a big plus

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
  • Perform quality assurance and triaging of client reported issues
  • Define reporting and alerting requirements
  • Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
  • Help design, document and maintain system processes
  • Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
  • Communicate key insights and findings to product team
  • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
