We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Transformation Specialist to join the Delivery Success team. This role involves working with team members across Infor, its customers, and its partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in understanding the life cycle of Infor projects, as well as Infor processes, norms, and requirements. This is a position for a seasoned individual with deep knowledge of Infor, its products, processes and tools. The Delivery Success team requires formalization of many processes currently being managed on a decentralized basis as well as development and refinement of processes in the future. The type of person who will succeed in this role will have both leadership skills but also have a very strong base in process design and management, as well as working with both internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree, field may be flexible
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of deep experience with Infor, its tools, processes, and products.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and guide teams through complex processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate goals and requirements clearly.
  • Process Design Skills: Strong process design and implementation skills
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills with various software tools, including Microsoft Office 365
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain partnerships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage many tasks simultaneously.

  • Advanced Degree: Master's Degree, field may be flexible
  • Experience: Previous experience within Infor or a large partner
  • Knowledge Base: Understanding of program and project management concepts


A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Design and Improvement: Design and implement detailed processes for various business needs, ensuring objectives are met within the specified timelines.
  • Enablement and Facilitation: Walk teams through structured processes, ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Infor Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of Infor processes and products to optimize Delivery Success and its efficiency amongst other Infor teams.
  • * Direct customer engagement to assist with escalations and related customer (or partner) challenges
  • Escalations and Risk Management: Support and help improve escalation process and participate in escalations to reduce Infor risk and help ensure customer and partner success.
  • Leadership and Guidance: Provide guidance to team, and other teams, to assure processes and outcomes are value adds for Infor, its teams, its partners, and customers
  • Partnership Building: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate successful outcomes.
  • Performance Tracking: Create and maintain processes to track Delivery Success performance against key performance indicators.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Provide protocols for documentation retention and creation of cyclical reports for management and broader Infor population.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously reinforce an evolution toward improved processes and outcomes
