Position Summary

We are currently expanding our Corporate Operations team to work with and support our Executive Leadership. This role will be a member of the Corporate Operations team and will be aligned to and help support one of the Infor Executive team members, our Chief Human Resources Officer, with operational needs within their designated function. This role will be a key part of the organization’s success, partnering with several dedicated teams on cross-functional projects – requiring substantial business acumen, program management competence, operational insight, critical thinking, and an outstanding proficiency in process optimization. Energy, adaptability and the ability to work well with others will be essential to the success of this role.

A Day in the Life Includes

  Facilitate strategic and operational planning exercises in partnership with HR leaders to build and maintain team charters, success metrics, operating models and prioritization frameworks

  Work with senior leadership to provide a unified understanding of function priorities, progress, and results. Main areas within function include: talent acquisition, talent retention, development of the supervisor capability, early talent engagement & career pathing, commissions, inclusion & community efforts, and human capital management technology.

  Ensure that the HR organization and priorities support and align to Infor’s Vision and business objectives

  Champion business process optimization by continually identifying gaps/issues and solving for them  

  Improve management decision-making by collecting, assembling and delivering data-driven recommendations that are aligned with organization strategy; ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and appropriate visibility

  Oversee preparation of agenda and materials for key meetings including weekly team meetings, employee town halls, All Hands, monthly progress updates, Executive updates, Board Meetings, etc

  Seek and share knowledge within the Corporate Operations team and Infor at large

Basic Qualifications
What You Will Need:

    • Knows when and how to seek knowledge across the business to pull in the right stakeholders
    • Exhibits organizational and political agility and highly developed negotiation skills
    • Experience working with Senior Executives and other senior management
    • Advanced Microsoft skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; experience with various project/reporting tools preferred (Jira, Planner, Trello, etc)
    • Likes to ask questions to understand and solution root causes
    • Able to prioritize and pivot work required quickly based on changing needs of the organization
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities while meeting deadlines
    • Excellent organizational and follow up skills

    • Demonstrated credibility, professionalism and decisiveness

    • Good sense of self and strong personal presence; ability to lead through influence
    • Ability to creatively solve problems for which the answers aren’t always obvious
    • A people person who enjoys collaboration and speaking with others to work towards common goals
    • Degree or another relevant field
