Description & Requirements

Position Summary:
Dev Ops Eng associate working in 24x7 support operations proactively with many stakeholders involved, Attending standup calls,
Communicate with customers, partners and vendors as part of the daily operation issues and maintenance windows over concierge portal and other support options.
Follow the protocols & process on the incidents, change management requests and adhere to SLAs.
Need to work on user case studies as per the products & customers we support internally.
Need to work on automation as per the requirements.
willing to work in any shift (24x7) and including public holidays.
Essential Duties:

24x7 operations - supporting Multiple Products internally and manage customers in 24x7 model.
Work on the infrastructure availability, patching, migration, up-gradation, data base backup, security.
Work as Cloud & DevOps activities on applications provisioning, monitoring, availability, patching, user & change management, license management and database management.

Basic Qualifications:
System Administrator, AWS cloud, programing skill like python & devops skill.
Windows Administration, Linux Administration, Programming skills, Technical skills & Communication Skills.
Good to have additional skills like Python, Amazon Web Services, Automation skills, AI & ML, Data Science.
Preferred Qualifications:
