Position Summary

We are looking for a highly enthusiastic, proactive and team player, ideally with regional marketing experience in a demand generation role.

You will have the opportunity to learn a variety of tools, and be expected to execute email campaigns using tools such as Pardot, digital webinars on platforms such as ON24, , as well as partnering with key media vendors, telemarketing agencies, and internal teams across Product Marketing, Events, Digital, and Marketing Operations.

Execute multi-touch marketing programs for revenue and brand growth (events, webinars, trade shows, inbound, content syndication, direct mail, digital advertising etc.)

Essential Duties

• Support activities with key alliance and channel partners

• Partner with colleagues across Events, Digital and Social Media, PR, Business Development and Sales

• Work with our marketing stack (e.g., Pardot etc) for accurate program execution and analysis to achieve Marketing Qualified Lead, Sales Accepted Opportunities and Sourced Revenue target goals

• Continuously track performance with post-campaign analysis and reporting to ensure marketing efforts are delivering expected business outcomes of sales pipeline and revenue.

Basic Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, able to communicate clearly and logically in writing and verbally to provide supporting data and vital information in an organized, and concise manner

• Strong collaborative experience, with the ability partner to execute across cross-functional teams, partnering with sales and marketing

• Customer centric, passionate about understanding the customers’ business opportunities and challenges.

• Experience of executing integrated, multi-touch demand generation campaigns

• Experience in managing and planning digital and live events and exhibitions

• Very resourceful - leveraging all resources both internal and external

• Live in Sweden or Norway, being able to travel 25%
