Description & Requirements


The Mid-Market Install Base Account Executive is responsible for existing customer account sales into Mid-Market/ Enterprise Services Industries (i.e., Financials, Professional, and General Services industries) and will be responsible for a satisfactory Infor relationship and direct business development. The MM IBAE shall prospect, identify, and qualify sales opportunities and execute an intelligent pursuit plan to sell associated Infor and Partner solutions—ERP and Edge(i.e. Lawson, FSM, WFM, HCM, etc.). They will target a defined list of Mid-Market, existing-client organizations, with intentional efforts for growing and maintaining successful relationships with clients beyond the initial software sale.  A challenging Subscription Software, and Perpetual-based, sales background is strongly desired as you position various Infor product suites in the Mid-Market space.


A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

Leverage multi-channel communication (phone, email, social, etc.) to engage with customers and articulate value on a daily basis.
Uncover, qualify, and close strategic revenue opportunities within your assigned territory
Research, question and listen to our customers to fully understand needs and present solutions to fulfill their requirements
Drive complex sales cycles working alongside your internal account team (presales, solution consulting, services, field reps etc.) to maximize our customer’s investment with Infor
Develop and accelerate strong business relationships with key decision makers and influencers within your accounts
Responsible for accurate and timely revenue forecasting and CRM updates
•     Assist customers in the transition to cloud products



Required skills:

Nice to have knowledge of Cloud Suite Enterprise Software Sales to the Mid-Market space.
High energy, enthusiasm, humility, and, coachable.
Ability to establish and manage executive level customer relationships
Desire to develop experience managing multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.
Desire to conduct professional presentations.
Proven sales record with large, complex, Services accounts.
Demonstrated success in achieving $800K+ annual quota.
