Infor Consultants work with Clients to implement Infor software and industry standard processes with the aim of reducing costs, increasing customer service, and creating frameworks for enhanced collaboration and business efficiency. 

Whilst our technology is the enabler and vehicle for achieving business benefits, the quality and experience of our consultants are key differentiators. The job holder is responsible for delivering business process and application consulting services which include process design, application configuration, testing, client training on Infor software, technologies and tools in accordance with standard implementation methods in the area of product lifecycle management (PLM). The Consultant is also responsible for developing ongoing, successful business relationships with clients and for providing clients with "industry best practice" recommendations.   

Essential duties 

• Conduct business process walk through to determine all client process and data needs to address in project scope. 
• Design solution to align client business needs with standard CloudSuite application capabilities and our Process Catalogue. 
• Work on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of variable factors. 
• Build/configure solution based on design, using iterations of prototypes, and testing to validate the solution. 
• Act as subject matter expert for applications to support Project Manager, technical resources, and other members of project team 
• Attend product functionality briefings and training sessions.
