We are seeking an experienced QA professional that will be responsible for QA strategies for several development teams in Sweden and Manila. The teams are building application and content and are working towards a highly automated QA process. The teams are building backend applications, UI’s and content which all require different kind of automation. 

• You will be responsible to define QA strategies and KPI’s for the mentioned teams and applications.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

• Create, implement and maintain QA Strategy & Approach over integration area
• Create and monitor appropriate KPIs, test measurements and metrics for several products
• Coordinate with Central QA team and drive QA initiatives amongst different product teams

What You Will Need:

Required skills:

• 8+ years experience in software development, testing and support.
• Strong experience in software development processes, models, lifecycles and methodologies.

• Test automation
• Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle(STLC)
• System Testing, Functional, Regression, Performance Testing

• Knowledge of performance testing of applications is a plus
• Strong experience in ERP applications domain.
