The Senior Partner Ecosystem Manager is responsible for executing and developing the strategy to build out our developer ecosystem.  Our developer partners build, extend, and integrate their products to the Infor Technology Platform and ERP SaaS offerings to deliver exceptional value to our end customers.  The ideal candidate has a passion for technology and experience building and executing global ISV partner programs. This position is 75% operational and 25% strategy.  We are looking for candidates who have demonstrated the ability to recruit, onboard, and manage development partners (75%).  This greenfield opportunity will also provide opportunity to evolve the strategy and GTM of our Development partner program and as such would prefer candidates who understand effective B2B commercial partner offerings such as Marketplaces and AppExchanges. 

The position reports to the Senior Director, Digital Strategy and will work very closely with product management, sales operations, marketing, partners, and customers.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

·       Product and ecosystem evangelist that can easily communicate the technical strengths of our platform as well as the mutual business benefit it will provide our prospective partners. 

·       Recruit, Onboard, and Manage partners to maximize sales revenue with focus on Infor Marketplace.

·       Work directly with our Partner Enablement and Partner Management teams to track and optimize our Partner Onboarding and Enablement Process.

·       Work directly with our Partner Sales and Alliances organization to develop channel marketing programs, training, collateral, etc.

·       Collaborate with GTM strategy and cross functional teams to help build and execute the developer partner program.  This will require strong communication and ability to work with many stakeholders.

·       Implementing tooling and processes as we enhance our Development Partner Program.

Required skills:

·       Proven client-facing role, such as partnerships, technical account management, or product consulting within a technology company

·       The ideal candidate would have solid experience in technology or ISV partnerships at an SaaS company

·       Experience with building, developing, and growing strategic partnerships and relevant programs that deliver long term revenue growth and customer/partner satisfaction.

·       Experience executing operationally while developing GTM strategy for new corporate initiatives.

·       Proven ability to lead initiatives from inception to launch and beyond, via self-learning and with minimal oversight

Preferred Qualifications:

·       BA/BS degree or equivalent required. MBA a plus (not required)

Location:  US Remote (St. Paul, MN, Alpharetta, GA, Dallas, TX)
