The Infor Consulting Services Organization is looking for outstanding Technical Solution Architect to work onsite with our clients across Infor M3 in the DACH region.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Provide technical consultative guidance and assistance directly to users in a professional and organized manner, using detailed technical knowledge in accordance with Infor’s implementation methodology
• Be responsible for the technical configuration of the Infor M3 solutions
• Create Technical Specifications for Infor M3 business rules, business processes, interfaces etc.
• Design and execute the upgrade and migration of Infor M3 software releases with the customer
• Deliver customer-focused technical training in both formal and workshop formats
• Effectively apply solution knowledge to Infor’s sales and delivery projects that are complex in nature and require consulting leadership
• Provide consulting leadership through knowledge sharing, mentoring, coaching and skills development
• Collaborate with an off-shore technical team to drive developments and customization

Knowledge and Skills, You Bring to the Organization

• Experience of Oracle or SQL Database Server and languages.
• Programming skills Java, Javascript or C#.
• Experience with web-based technologies and networking concepts.
• Experience with XML-based messaging integration technologies.
• Strong customer-facing consulting experience.
• Reliability and deadline-driven approach.
• Strong organizational skills & time management skills.
• Strong oral and written communication that can effectively articulate complex ideas.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team. Highly self-motivated.
• Team player with the ability to build strong peer and interpersonal relationships.
• Excellent problem solving and analytic skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work and business experience
• Engineering degree.
• Fluent spoken and written German and English.

Additional requirements (Optional):

• Technical implementation experience with enterprise software such as Infor M3 or other ERP applications or comparable enterprise business applications
• Experience with integration between M3 applications (or similar systems) & other applications.
• Experience working in a Cloud based environment.
