We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Software Engineer (50% back-end, 50% front-end) to join our talented Web Strategy & Platforms team. You will play a vital role in driving our success by leveraging your expertise to build and enhance our web applications and platforms. In this role, you will collaborate with operations, strategy, and creative teams to develop and deploy software solutions that meet the needs of our business. You will be involved in all stages of the software development life cycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and maintenance.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to gather requirements and develop innovative software solutions.

·       Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using modern web technologies, frameworks, and tools.

·       Implement and integrate front-end and back-end components to create seamless user experiences and robust software systems.

·       Develop and integrate APIs and web services to facilitate seamless data flow between various systems and applications.

·       Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.

·       Perform thorough testing and debugging to identify and fix software defects and ensure the reliability and stability of our applications.

·       Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and trends in the software development industry and incorporate them into the development process when appropriate.

·       Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and ensure high-quality code.

Basic Qualifications:

·       3+ years’ experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer with focus on web application development.

o   Must provide code samples (either a link to public repository or zip file) that demonstrate knowledge of JavaScript.

·       Experience in modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g. React, Angular, Vue.js) and proficiency in ES6+.

·       Experience with server-side technologies, such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java.

·       Experience with designing and developing RESTful APIs and integrating with various databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).

·       Understanding of database design principles and experience working with various database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) is a plus.

·       Experience with version control systems, such as Git, and with Agile development methodologies.

·       Experience problem-solving and debugging to optimize code for performance.

Preferred Qualifications:
