Description & Requirements
The Senior Consultant plays a key role in assisting our customers with the implementation of the Infor Global Human Resources software. This includes our comprehensive suite of Human Capital Management (HCM) software featuring HR-related business processes interconnected with HR talent management disciplines. We offer consulting services during the implementation, to primarily include business requirements discovery, design, application configuration, system testing, education, and adoption of Infor’s solution.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Serve as a senior subject matter expert to define detailed requirements, analyze business needs, and validate Infor’s ERP solution with the client.
- Work with customer and Infor project team to design, configure, test, and validate the overall HCM solution.
- Lead detailed implementation planning and sessions for discovery, design, system integration testing, and provide overall day to day support.
- Provide best practice recommendations based on customer’s industry with Infor standard functionality, implementation accelerators, and time to value solutions.
- Maintain current knowledge of Infor products and participate in team sharing of implementation collateral.
Required skills:
- Experience with Human Resources or Technology in complex enterprise environments
- Implementation experience with Lawson/Infor or comparable ERP solutions
- Ability to travel up to 75%
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity and/or experience within the Healthcare Sector
- Knowledge and experience in the application of Infor architecture engagement processes and tools
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience
