Title: Americas Business Transformation Practice Leader
Location: Remote - US
Accountable to partner with GPS Americas Industry Practice leaders on the delivery of Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Foundational Business Transformation services in support of GPS’ implementation execution, ensuring customer outcomes. The Americas Business Transformation Practice leader partners with the Technology Practice leaders and teams, Customer Success leaders and teams, the incubated Strategy, Growth, and Partnerships (SGP) Business Transformation COE, the Koch business Transformation Team, and Industry teams to drive those customer outcomes. The Practice Leader is responsible for capacity planning, resource allocation, utilization, and professional development of the consultants assigned to the practice.
Responsibilities

• Support sales cycles and partner with (services) sales to execute seamless Sales to Service transitions for both Infor and our clients
• Continuous improvement of solution capabilities through feedback from the field and Industry implementation teams
• Support the Industry implementations teams via health checks and solution reviews during program milestones
• Integration with, and continuous Improvement of, a Modernized Methodology including sales, solution development, support, and key stakeholders to ensure customer success
• Alignment and partnership with the SGP Business Transformation COE on OCM methodology advancement and implementation of the Business Transformation capability
Qualifications:

• Proven experience supporting the successful implementation of complex on premise and Cloud based ERP solutions
• 5+ years of successful people management, including talent recruitment and onboarding, coaching, mentorship, performance management, and professional development
• Operational leadership, including the management of staffing, utilization, revenue, sales pipeline management, and pertinent business management metrics
• C-Suite level client engagement, developing and co-creating business solutions
• Ability to partner with and support Client Partners, Account Executives, and the sales cycle, including developing Go-to-Market approaches, proposal and solution development, and staffing and pricing
• Nice-to-have: MBA or equivalent Graduate level degree in Organizational Development or like field

The actual amount may be higher or lower than the range provided considering each candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location. For this role, we anticipate paying $190,000 - $230,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
