Description & Requirements

Responsible for performing recruitment and selection functions to attract and select the most qualified individuals for employment with Infor.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Train and consult with managers on the staffing and selection process as needed.
  • Identify projected openings, position requirements, recruitment vehicles and staffing vendor options.
  • Develop a database of qualified applicants for current and forecasted positions, determining and utilizing the most efficient and cost effective methods.
  • Plan and coordinate recruitment programs and activities in line with recruitment goals. 
  • Actively recruit candidates to fill current staffing needs, based on position responsibilities and qualification requirements determined by hiring manager.
  • Utilize a wide-variety of recruitment sources and strategies to meet recruitment goals (e.g. internet, e-recruiting, referrals, cold-calling, sourcing, job fairs, etc.)  Evaluate effectiveness of various methods and means.

What You Will Need:

Required skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 years recruiting and selection experience in a technical or software industry.
  • 2 years experience and proficient use of e-recruiting methods and technology.
  • Ability to staff technical positions in a sr. technical recruiter capacity including being assigned the most challenging searches.
  • Excellent communication, follow through, organization, prioritization, teamwork and customer service skills.
