Beschreibung & Anforderungen

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer. The ideal candidate will be an energetic person who will drive how the company deploys, verifies, and monitors our applications and services. This person will interface with all stakeholders to define DevOps processes and shape the development culture. This role also assists in the ongoing improvement of CI/CD environment provisioning and development workflows. You will ensure that they have appropriate levels of monitoring and alerting set up for all applications.

What You Will Need?
You will have experience in building cloud-based infrastructure solutions in Azure with a strong governance model knowledge and be able to demonstrate;
• Strong understanding and experience operating in an agile development environment.
• Experience with source code management tools such as Subversion or Git.
• Understanding of strategies for providing high availability and security.
• Proficiency in cross-platform scripting languages and build tools (Python, PowerShell, Maven, MS Build, NuGet).
• Ability to define scalable CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience deploying and administering Continuous Integration tools such as Octopus, Azure DevOps, Azure, Bamboo.
• Understanding of deployment strategies using Docker for containerization.
• Experience with Infrastructure cloud tools such as Terraform, Docker, Aspire, etc.
• Sound knowledge of administrative best practices for application servers, database servers and 3rd party applications
• Amendable to work onsite 3x a week.

A Day In A Life Typically looks Like:
• Building strong relationships with our development team to understand the tech stack, its dependencies, and the infrastructure on which it runs.
• Building and maintaining systems that will monitor all aspects of the application and the infrastructure. This includes proactive error monitoring and troubleshooting deployment/build issues
• Assisting the development team with deployment strategy and capacity planning across development, QA, staging and production environments.
• Work with the development team to deploy and manage tools that support SDLC automation, configuration management, and release management.
