The Industry Solution Architect plays a key role in Infor by providing both sales support and delivery leadership throughout the entire customer engagement lifecycle.

Overview:

Infor is seeking an experienced Solution Architect in the Food and Beverage Industry to join our team across the UK and drive customer success through innovative solutions. This role focuses on designing and implementing industry-specific cloud solutions that align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead workshops to understand customer business requirements and adopt best practice processes that address key challenges, utilizing Infor's Time to Value approach for rapid and efficient value realization.
• Act as a trusted advisor, engaging with C-level executives to demonstrate the strategic value and competitive advantage of Infor’s solutions and prescriptive approach.
• Architect and oversee the delivery of end-to-end process solutions, ensuring alignment with customer goals and adherence to industry standards.
• Guide customers in adopting cloud innovations, AI and achieving their transformation objectives with faster implementation and greater value, leveraging pre-built content and minimizing customizations.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in solution architecture and ERP systems within Food and Beverages industries
• Strong ability to communicate complex solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Proven track record in managing and delivering complex projects.
• Collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
