As the Sr. Manager - Partner Health & Ecosystem Governance at Infor, you will play a pivotal role in driving Global Infor Partner success by developing actionable insights, establishing robust governance processes, and leading cross-functional initiatives. You will be the key point of contact for the Infor Partner Network (IPN) Program, ensuring alignment across capabilities including Global Professional Services, Customer Success, and other teams while facilitating critical decision-making forums such as the Regional Approval Committee (RAC).
A Day in the Life Typically Includes:
Partner Health Insights
- Collaborate across cross functional teams to design, develop, and maintain leading and lagging partner health KPI dashboards.
- Establish and lead process governance to ensure data accuracy, transparency, and actionable insights.
- Document, publish, and share insights on trends and key themes. Identify correlations between partner enablement activities (e.g., demand generation, certification completion) and business performance.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve the IPN (Infor Partner Network) program, addressing gaps and scaling successes.
Ecosystem Program Leadership
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for ecosystem initiatives across GPS and Customer Success teams.
- Design, execute, and communicate outcomes of key partner engagement initiatives such as Delivery Success, Project Sentiment Score (PSS), and Deliver-to-Run (D2R).
Regional Approval Committee (RAC) Facilitation
- Lead and facilitate weekly RAC meetings focused on partner exceptions, recruitment, and status changes.
- Manage RAC documentation to ensure clear, transparent records of decisions and criteria.
Partner Status Governance
- Develop and manage processes to timely share and document partner status changes across Infor.com, internal systems, and enablement calendars.
- Ensure routine and embedded updates to maintain partner status accuracy and visibility.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in partner program management, partner ecosystem governance, or related roles in a SaaS or Consulting Services organization.
- Data analytic skills with the ability to create and leverage partner health dashboards and interpret KPIs.
- Experience facilitating and lead committees and cross functional teams.
- Experience with sales enablement tools, CRM systems, and data governance practices.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Remote office. Travel 30%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA.
- Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management experience.
- Data analysis and visualization experience.
- Program management and process governance experience.
