Description & Requirements
The business analyst role works closely with product management, product quality, development, and projects teams.
You will be working directly with several stakeholders across the business in a collaborative and supportive environment. About You
- You have a strong manufacturing background with experience in delivering digital transformation projects.
- You are familiar with MES. Experience with complimentary applications also considered: OEE, QMS, EAM, WMS, SCADA, ERP.
- You digest new concepts quickly.
- You are articulate with strong written and verbal communication skills, and are comfortable presenting.
- You explain complex topics in a clear and understandable way, adapting your communication to your audience.
- You are experienced at creating requirement specification documents that are clear, accurate, and concise.
- You collaborate with stakeholders effectively at all levels of the organization.
- You are confident interviewing subject matter experts to gain a comprehensive understanding of the topic.
- You pay attention to the details and strive for high-quality results in your work.
- You have experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
Your Daily Role
You will be working cross-functionally with various stakeholders to identify and define product changes.
On a day-to-day basis you will:
- Work with product managers gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements.
- Write-up changes as detailed requirement specification documents.
- Communicate with stakeholders and development teams during development.
- Work closely with the product quality team, testing requirements and ensuring specifications have been correctly interpreted.
- Participate in daily team meetings to manage team goals and workloads.
- Assist building demos and presentations.
Over time you will become a subject matter expert, assisting in developing product documentation, and delivering product training. This role offers you the opportunity to take ownership of your work, and have a direct impact on the success of our product.
On day one, you will be enrolled into our product training program, we take training you seriously. This is a six-week course where you will learn about our product, our customers, and their processes.
