Description & Requirements

We are looking for a Business Analyst based in Linköping for our Product management team that will be working with gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements. 

The Infor Grid team is a part of Cloud Foundation Services group within the Infor OS organization and is responsible for Infor Grid product suite. The Grid product is a Java based runtime platform used by Infor ERP product suites such as M3, ION, IDM and Landmark.
Infor is moving fast to Kubernetes-based solutions and the Grid team play a key role to build the infrastructure needed to deploy the solutions in a common way for all of Infor.

 About You
  • You have a strong background with experience in requirement handling and documentation.
  • You digest new concepts quickly.
  • You are articulate with strong written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English.
  • You are comfortable presenting.
  • You explain complex topics in a clear and understandable way, adapting your communication to your audience.
  • You are experienced at creating requirement specification documents that are clear, accurate, and concise.
  • You collaborate with stakeholders effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • You are confident interviewing subject matter experts to gain a comprehensive understanding of the topic.
  • You pay attention to the details and strive for high-quality results in your work.
  • You have experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.

Your Daily Role
You will be working cross-functionally with various stakeholders in a collaborative and supportive environment to identify and define product changes. We succeed when you succeed, and we will help and encourage you to grow, learn new skills, and take on more responsibility. We encourage you to think critically and challenge how things are done.

On a day-to-day basis you will:
  • Be a part of our product management team gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements.
  • Work closely with product management, quality and development.
  • Lead the work in our requirement process.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and development teams during development.
  • Work closely with the product quality team, testing requirements and ensuring specifications have been correctly interpreted.
  • Create and maintain product and technical documentation.
  • Participate in daily team meetings to manage team goals and workloads.
  • Assist building demos, presentations and communication content.

 
Over time you will become a subject matter expert, assisting in developing product documentation, and delivering product training. This role offers you the opportunity to take ownership of your work and have a direct impact on the success of our product.
