Description & Requirements

This role requires to have a general experience on CRM tools, understanding of sales processes and sales tools, as well as review and test tools that will be used by the Global Field Sales.

Essential Duties: 
  • Support the Global Feld Sales in requests regarding tools used in their day to day tasks.
  • Conduct a walk through of the tools for Sales onboarding 
  • Provide support in answering queries regarding sales processes and errors or concerns encountered. 
  • Review sales profiles and ensure the correct profiles are provided.
  • Review and test sales tools before launch.

Basic Qualifications
  • Graduate of Business Management or Marketing related course
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience or exposure to CRM solutions (Salesforce knowledge is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to gather and translate business needs to validate and support reporting requirements.
  • Good technical skills, the ability to analyze data, research and solve diverse data issues.
  • Accurate, with good attention to detail. Able to spot and rectify errors.
  • Highly developed PC skills.
  • Organized and good presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving environment.
  • The desire to learn and explore new technology within Infor is fundamental along with the ability to communicate at all levels within the company.

  • Team player with the ability to build strong peer and interpersonal relationships.
  • Able to take initiative/responsibility to support the team in their common goals
