Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for managing technical aspects of M&A (mergers and acquisitions) and Divestitures initiatives including planning, evaluation, execution, and integration. Project manager will analyze and develop technical business requirements as it relates to acquisitions integration activities. Manage M&A infrastructure migration and integration tasks, decommission systems/applications obtained during acquisitions.
Project Manager builds project plans, tracks task, provides progress reporting, and ensures the project is successful. Project managers assist with documentation and maintain transaction information in the company’s data repositories.

The PM will manage other IT projects based on PMO needs. The successful candidate will have a strong sense of ownership of their projects, is organized, detail-oriented, and works well in a team setting.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
• Be part of M&A due diligence efforts
• Develop and maintain project plans
• Manage initial site-to-site connectivity
• Coordinate onboarding of newly acquired IT staff
• Organize rollout of equipment and collaboration tools
• Direct decommission of systems/application obtained through acquisitions
• Review and cancel vendor agreements to achieve cost savings
• Assist with other IT projects as needed
What You Will Need:
• Extensive experience in IT Operations (system administration, networking administration, etc.)
• Excellent communication, organization, time-management, judgement/decision-making, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to develop collaborative relationships and work effectively in a group comprised of interdepartmental team members across all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to influence others and hold stakeholders accountable

What Will Put You Ahead?
• Degree in Business Administration/Management or IT operational management
• M&A project manager experience and understanding of M&A projects; able to plan, prioritize and deliver within constrained timelines
• Experience working on IT projects
• Knowledge of Jira and Microsoft Project
• Familiarity working with international teams
