JOB SUMMARY:   We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our growing Infor OS (Infor Operating Service) organization.  Infor OS is a foundational cloud platform that provides horizontal technology services across all of Infor’s Cloudsuites.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Testing and Validation

• Execute manual testing procedures to identify software defects and inconsistencies.
• Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure product reliability.
• Verify that software applications meet specified requirements and standards.

·       Test Planning and Documentation

• Assist in the development of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Maintain comprehensive test documentation for tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with senior QA team members to refine testing strategies.

·       Defect Identification and Reporting:

• Identify and document software defects with clear and concise descriptions.
• Report defects to the development team and work closely with them for resolution.
• Verify and validate fixes for reported issues

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

·       An undergraduate or Master’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent experience

REQUIRED SKILLS: 

·       Understanding of SOAP/Restful APIs

·       Experience with API testing using tools like Postman/Ready API.

·       Understanding of Micro service-based solutions/architectures.

·       Ability to quickly grasp concepts, analyze problems and provide innovative solutions.

·       Understanding of JIRA
