Beschreibung & Anforderungen

As part of the Operations Hub Team in Wroclaw, you will support the global sales team. Operations Hub Team’s objective is to drive improved visibility into the business through greater emphasis on analytics to support better decision making.  As part of a team of 10+, you will be a custodian of Salesforce & Clari and be responsible for the quality of the data held within it.



A Day in The Life Typically Includes: 


  • Supporting the Sales and Technology business in reviewing Sales Play campaigns and Capacity Planning.
  • Creating target lists of accounts in Salesforce.
  • Develop and maintain sales analytics reports and dashboards.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of the information uploaded to the Salesforce/CRM system.
  • Validate existing contacts in CRM/Salesforce to ensure cleanliness of data.
  • Create Outreach Sequences and snippets from submitted content and uploading assets to SalesIQ pages for external use.
  • Generate reports from Win Room Dashboard for new Sales Play created.
  • Salesforce super-user, troubleshooting, UAT testing, enhancement requests.
  • Perform detailed account research/maintenance as necessary.
  • Properly route opportunities to respective Lines of Business according to the documentation.

 


Required Skills: 

  • Very good written and spoken English skills.
  • Very good Microsoft Office skills (mainly MS Excel – Pivot, vlookup, xlookup, sumifs etc.).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and business intelligence tools.
  • Experience in a similar administrative function (reporting, data analysis and insights)
  • Good technical skills, the ability to analyze data, prepare presentations, research, and solve data issues.
  • Accurate, with good attention to detail, able to spot and rectify errors.
  • Good Customer Service attitude.
  • Able to take initiative/responsibility to support the team in their common goals.



Preferred Qualifications:
 

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus).
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools, for example Power Bi, DOMO
  • Bonus points for working with different cultural background across multiple time zones.
