Description & Requirements

Support Software Engineer is a creative and forward-thinking team member who can provide deep assessment for the TAAS tool-related issues.

Other responsibilities include working with internal business partners to assist in managing operations, and triaging and fixing operational issues.

What You Will Need:

Required skills:

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4 years with Support of application written on Javascript, Angular, Browser extensions software.
• Good understanding of UI Automation (DOM, Xpatch, etc.) 
• Familiar with AWS Services like SQS Queue, S3, RDS, Cloud Formation
• Basic knowledge of Java code debugging

What Will Put You Ahead?
Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of JAVA language, the ability to read and interpret JAVA code and error stack trace. 
• Working knowledge: Relational databases, Jira, Wiki

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
• Triages and debug TAAS related issues.
• Documents incidents/tickets in required tracking systems.
• Proactively informs customer of incidents details and resolutions.
• Focuses on retention and documentation of learned information using approved tools.
• Responsible for additional follow up, testing and troubleshooting including remote desktop viewing through tools such as Webex or MS teams.
• Has the ability to take past career experiences and technical knowledge to quickly learn the Infor systems you are supporting and demonstrate that knowledge to customers while working tickets. This requires a lot of dedication to learning with hands-on training, virtual and self-study to quickly demonstrate knowledge.
