A Team Lead is responsible for guiding and managing a team to achieve success. With a focus on practice management and people management, this leader must excel in fostering internal collaboration and ensuring stellar delivery outcomes. A background in ERP, or enterprise applications consulting is crucial, along with a commitment to continuous innovation. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of inspiring and mentoring a high-performing team to deliver services that not only meet but exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:
Oversee various aspects of the practice, including monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as utilization and customer satisfaction. Responsible for recruiting, staffing, and planning for success.
Hire, retain, motivate, and coach a team of consultants to build a high-performing team. Provide mentoring and leadership to ensure team members are in the right roles and have opportunities to develop and maximize their contributions.
Work with Client Partners, Sales, Architects, Product and others to set scope, staffing and organization aspects of a new engagement.  
Provides oversight and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure high quality of services are delivered to customers. Participate in client engagements and seek opportunities to expand our solution footprint and services.
Innovation and Process Improvement: Continuously innovate in service delivery, define and refine processes, implement best practice, ensure compliance with company policies and culture.
Monitor a portfolio of software implementations managed by Project Managers/Directors, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Sales and Client Partners to sell high-quality services projects by estimating, scoping, pricing, and phasing projects, and writing statements of work.
Participate in and deliver steering committee and other executive updates and communications, and support project management deliverables.
Continuously innovate in service delivery, define and refine processes, and ensure compliance with company policies and culture.

Basic Qualification:
Minimum 15 years of experience in professional services in the ERP software industry. 
Prior experience in RPA or AI/ML will be an advantage
Results-oriented business leader with a solid experience in team management, leading complex projects, and resolving issues.
A keen understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Experience in supporting sales, estimation and preparing statements of work.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
Provide guidance and support to team members to help them grow and succeed.
Strong decision-making, judgment, and analytical skills to navigate complex challenges.
Demonstrates ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional virtual teams.
Ability to continuously innovate in service delivery and refine processes.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Preferred qualification:
Prior experience in Infor CloudSuites, Infor OS, RPA or AI would be an advantage.
