Description & Requirements

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our hospitality solutions business in Australia. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and technology, a proven track record of driving revenue growth, and laser-focused on customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the hospitality sector.
  • Working with a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations with key industry stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality solutions, including property management systems, guest experience platforms, revenue management, and other related technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
