POSITION SUMMARY
This position will be a hybrid role covering Account Management of existing customers, Inside Sales to the existing customer base, selling of Managed Services and Pathway Consulting Services to your assigned customers.  
You will be responsible for selling Infor Pathway licensed extensions by building relationships with the existing customer base through telephone and email conversations. It will be your job to ensure that every customer interaction is crafted and exceptional. In this role you will collaborate and assist the Direct Sales engagement Solutions Consulting, Services and Marketing in Australia and New Zealand.

Essential Responsibilities 
•New business opportunity and pipeline generation for Inside Sales
•New Managed Service Opportunities and renewals within your Accounts
•New Services Opportunities within your Accounts
•Multi-channel advanced prospecting within your target market – identification of the buyer persona and engagement through the phone, email and social media
•Continuous feedback loop to Sales and Marketing on market intelligence gathered every day from our buyers
•Reporting on campaign performance and account-based prospecting
•Ensure consistent communication, managing customer escalations and satisfaction level.
•Ensure customers derive maximum value and achieve desired business outcomes with their Investment in Infor solutions.
•Develop and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities in conjunction with Sales Team.
•Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas for both license and services
•Act as the primary point of contact for an assigned set of installed accounts
•Develop and execute a calling plan to ensure each account is contacted on a regular basis
•Build credible relationships within the installed accounts in order to drive revenue
•Where possible, close deals personally. Where required, engage the Sales Director to assist
•Work collaboratively with Direct Sales, Solutions Consulting, Services and Marketing
•Effectively engage staff within other Infor departments (Finance & Administration, Legal, Maintenance Renewals, License Management)
•Provide regular forecast reports to sales management

Basic Qualifications
•Consulting and/or License sales experience 
•Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent sales cycles and to close deals
•Tertiary qualified, preferably in a business discipline
•Self-motivated to expand personal professional knowledge
•High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative and commitment; including the ability to work in a high intensity, fast moving environment
•Above average organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
•Ability to pay attention to detail
•Excellent written and verbal communications skills
•Proficient user of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
•Conversant with contemporary communications & social media tools (e.g., Skype, Webex, Linked In, Twitter)
•Strong presentation skills, both face-to-face and remote
•Proven ability to collaborate and work well in a team
•Business acumen
•Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasive skills at all levels
•Time management skills
