Description & Requirements

The Infor Decision Analytics and Science (IDEAS) team is responsible for setting the AI/ML strategy at Infor. Our industry-specific Augmented Intelligence (AI) solutions suite in Asset, Forecast, Inventory, Customer, Pricing, People, and Operational Intelligence domains provides rapid and measurable value to enterprise customers. In pursuit of advancing our AI solutions, IDEAS is seeking a Full Stack Developer who will have deep expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies and be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications which will act as integration between AIS solutions and ERPs.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Designing, developing, testing, deploying, monitoring, and improving machine learning models for enterprise applications. 
  • Working with product managers and Infor customers to understand business problems, identifying internal and external data requirements, and formulating data enrichment strategies for enterprise applications. 
  • Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable Python and JavaScript code
  • Participating in code reviews and collaborating with other team members.
  • Staying up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Providing input into technical designs and solutions.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving defects in existing solutions.
  • Staying up to date with the latest developments in the Infor Platform Technology that includes API Gateway, Mongoose, Analytics and Reporting, User Experience, and an Integration Platform.

What will You Need: 
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Scala and data-querying skills in SQL and/or PySpark, etc. 
  • Knowledge of deep learning algorithms with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. 
  • Relevant experience in front-end frameworks (NodeJS preferred).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS3 and JavaScript or Typescript.
  • Effective verbal and written communication. 
  • Good English Knowledge 
  • Self-starter with a passion for growth, a real enthusiasm for continuous learning, and sharing findings across the team. 

What will put You Ahead: 
  • Experience in developing real-world ML models for time series, clustering, classification, regression, etc. using statistical techniques. 
  • Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or a related quantitative discipline from an accredited university.
  • Experience in Troubleshooting and debugging applications.
  • A proven desire to continue learning new technologies and techniques.
