Description & Requirements

Provides project coordination for Infor Hospitality products including administrative forecasting, billing, team utilization and system implementations. Supports resource management for global effectiveness.  Maintains project dashboards and provides reporting on team activities.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Supports updates to team Clarity (future Certina) and Resource Guru project administration tools.
  • Coordinates and monitors billable projects from initiation through delivery.
  • Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines for team member projects.
  • Conduct research and gather data for project reports.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Maintain project documentation and track progress.

What You Will Need:

  • Excellent presentation, communication, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to perform independently on customer and non-customer projects.
  • Minimum five years’ experience in hotel operations, management or finance.
  • Working knowledge of PC operations, Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, and Microsoft Word and Excel applications.
  • Ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously

What Will Put You Ahead?

  • Project Management Certification or equivalent experience
  • Hospitality Software application experience
