Description & Requirements

Position Summary: This is an associate level position on the IT Delivery, Web Solutions development team, located in Hyderabad India. No travel required.  The developer in this position will be responsible for developing, customizing, and supporting Infor’s Incentive Tracking System system. Our applications are developed and maintained using primarily Microsoft programming technologies. Successful Intern candidates will possess some programming skills and be able to work well both in team environments and independently.

Responsibilities: 
• 1-2 years experience with C# .NET (at least .NET 3.0)
• 1-2 years experience with Visual Studio for development and Git repositories for versioning
• 1-2 years experience with SQL or other relational database management systems
• Some experience with APIs and updating or extracting data
• Some experience with XML, CSS, HTML, JavaScript
• Organizational skills to meet deadlines while working within a team and independently
• Oral and written communication skills to present ideas effectively.
• Creativity and analytical problem-solving skills.

Essential Duties: 
• Design and develop custom solutions for incentive tracking system
• Work with internal teams changing design/interface/CSS/functionality per project requirements
• Provide accurate estimates for programming tasks and track progress on assigned tasks via scrum standups.
• Create technical design documents and configuration documents as required for the successful implementation of the application
• Learn and stay up to date with latest tools and technologies in the software development field.
• Assist other developers, participate in reviews of software designs, produced code, test plans and other artifacts.
• Provide training to other groups on the new or changed functionality 
• Provide internal support for applications produced

Preferred:
• Any experience with AI and use of AI tools, including creating custom tools or experience in prompting for the best results.
• Ideation - initiatives to improve processes and drive automation using AI/ML insights
• Knowledge of AI-driven models for customer segmentation, campaign automation, and performance optimization.
• Any experience with content management systems
• Any experience with Web Services, SOAP and CAML
• Any experience with advanced workflow development
• Any experience AWS, Azure, other cloud hosting and management
• Any experience with Angular, Next.JS, React, TypeScript and other front-end platforms
• Familiarity with marketing platforms like Salesforce/Pardot for personalized campaigns and data-driven marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of - predictive analytics to anticipate customer behavior, optimize marketing strategies, and identify potential opportunities for business growth.
