Description & Requirements

Your responsibilities include:

  • Manage complex sales cycles while working with virtual sales teams including pre-sales, development, professional services, lead generation, partners and support.
  • Grow our Client Base in the DACH region using cold calling, networking techniques and other lead generation methods to pursue new business.
  • Guide the entire sales cycle end-to-end from prospect identification till deal close whilst working closely with the professional services team to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction
  • Build up and nurture a long-term relationship with prospects in the assigned territory through the positioning of Infor as a solution provider and understanding of the prospect’s business requirements.
  • Sell our entire portfolio of software solutions to address business pains of the above industry segments including Cloud Suite Food & Beverage, Technology & Integration, CRM, SCM, WFM/HCM, WMS.

What you will need:

  • Hunter mentality with a desire for cold acquisition, creative ability to run own campaigns in coordination with call efforts
  • Team player with the ability to lead virtual sales teams while building strong peer and interpersonal relationships
  • Proficient communication verbal and written on various levels up to C-level in both German and English
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills

What will put you ahead:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
