Description & Requirements
The Infor Nexus Supply Chain Account Executive is responsible for driving the business development team, qualifying leads, and helping the team drive opportunities to close successfully. A deep understanding of the Retail sector and the associated supply chain management (SCM) software and processes, including Supply Chain Finance, Intercontinental Trade and Logistics, Supply Chain Visibility, and Transportation Management.
The candidate must have an ability to own their pipeline, develop executive-level relationships, and drive sales through opportunity planning, executive involvement, and value selling. The successful candidate will be expected to achieve consistent quarterly quotas. A selling background in solutions is strongly desired as you position Infor solutions in complex retail enterprise markets.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Work with Business development team to ensure high quality pipeline generation.
- Work with prospective clients to understand their business objectives and create appropriate solution to meet their business needs.
- Articulate the Infor product suite value proposition and successfully communicate the competitive advantages, resources and processes to client and prospects.
- Develop value propositions based on ROI cost/benefit analysis.
- Develop customer account strategies and tactical penetration plans and establish, document, and maintain solid communication and follow-up procedures for all assigned accounts.
- Manage a highly consultative sales cycle.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale.
- Collaborate with Industry sales reps in the overlay model.
Basic Qualifications:
- Sales experience working with SCM suites with strategic accounts in North America.
- Prior experience working with Supply Chain Management software.
- Experience establishing and managing executive-level customer relationships.
- Experience working in a matrix-management environment with extended team members.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience delivering executive level presentations.
