Description & Requirements

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for value selling the Infor Warehouse Management/Supply Chain (WMS) solutions to existing Infor accounts and hunting for net-new business.  The Senior Account Manager shall identify and qualify sales opportunities and execute intelligent pursuit plans. This role is a product specific role where the Senior Account Manager will serve as an overlay for a mix of different industries.


A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Articulate the Infor value proposition and successfully communicate the competitive advantages, resources and processes to client and prospects.
  • Work closely with prospective clients (net new and existing) to understand their business objectives and create appropriate solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Develop compelling value propositions based on ROI cost/benefit analysis.
  • Develop customer account strategies and tactical penetration plans and establish, document, and maintain solid communication and follow-up procedures for all assigned accounts.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.
  • Generate pipeline and achieve or exceed consistent quarterly quota achievement.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience selling Warehouse Management solutions to enterprise organizations.
  • Experience establishing and managing executive level customer relationships.
  • Experience managing sales cycles.
  • Experience developing business relationships with to drive sales.
  • Willingness to Travel 50%.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Enterprise Resource Planning and/or Cloud-based Software Solutions Sales experience.  
  • Experience selling in an overlay sales model.

Location: Remote US  (Dallas, TX; Alpharetta, GA)
