Position Summary:
The role is responsible for identifying, qualifying and driving opportunities to a successful close. An understanding of industries like Auto, Manufacturing, Logistics & Finance, is required as you position Infor solutions to targeted customers and net new opportunities. He/she must be capable of developing executive level relationships and driving sales through opportunity planning, executive involvement and value selling. Working with virtual teams and navigating internal departments is critical for the success of this role.

Essential Duties:
• Responsible for solution sales to the assigned industries/territory.
• Responsible for full spectrum of software solutions to address business pains of the above industry segments.
• Develop Pipeline, qualify leads and close deals with Infor SW solutions.
• Develop Major Accounts, Target Account Plan and build strong political alignment with C-levels to result in large size deals for Infor
• Manage complex sales cycles while working with virtual sales teams including pre-sales, development, professional services, lead generation, partners and support.
• Use cold calling and networking techniques to pursue net new business.
• Work closely with services team/partners to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate Leadership and drive internally and externally Responsible for full spectrum of software solutions to address business pains of the above industry segments including ERP, WMS etc.

Basic Qualifications:
• Min. 8 years’ experience in Enterprise level application software sales
• Have strong prior experience and sales track record in the above Vertical segments in China
• Prior working experience in the above industry segments in Business, Operation or IT divisions will be an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Confidence and ability to interface professionally with a wide spectrum of customers including C level executives, as well as coordination of internal resources.
• Excellent writing, communications, presentation and interpersonal skills are essential. Fluency in written English is a MUST
• Ability to travel extensively

Preferred Qualifications:
Have a strong enterprise solution selling experiences.
